How Flexible are Emirates?

Hoping that someone could tell me if Emirates are flexible with the 1000hr multi-jet time?
I have well over all the minimum requirements with 3600 hrs military time and have over 1500hrs multi but only 650hrs of multi-jet time.
Will Emirates be flexible or is this requirement a hard line.
Ta in advance

PC-9, wasn't a 'real' problem until the terrible events of Sept 11. Now however, with so many pilots out there with the min requirements, Emirates can afford to be choosy....This doesn't mean give up, give it a try and see what they have to say...you may get lucky!

Good Luck.
