EASA to GCAA (for FZ) license conversion

I am holding an EASA frozen ATPL ME/IR and work as flight instructor, I am planning on coverting my my license via Fujairah academy and apply for FlyDubai second officer/TR, soon i will have 500h of instruction which means under GCAA law i will be considered experienced pilot and i will only need to do AIRLAW and OPS rather than all 14 subjects.
my questions is will i still be eligible for the FlyDubai program by doing it this way? because ive been getting confusing info from fujairah saying even though i will convert my license as experienced pilot my employer will still need me to do all 14 subject‼‼‼‼
please if someone can shed any light or has some experience with this path give some info, it would be greatly appreciated.

You need to write the 14 exams, it's a requirement from flydubai unless you hold a full atpl.
