I've seen the published salary and benefit numbers but am wondering what the reality is:
How much will you actually earn based on a realistic schedule as a DEC? How about after 10 years? What is the top of the scale?
Does the schooling allowance actually cover the full cost of schooling in DXB? Can you use it for overseas schooling?
How much is the cash housing allowance? Is it available to anyone or only if you purchase property?
How much extra pay for training positions?
What is the schedule like for an A380 captain? Realistic number of days at work/off/standby?
Likely to be similar for the A350 when they arrive?
Do you still have that rule requiring you to be back in DXB 48 hours before duty?
