Working for emirates not married

My colleague has now also gained a job with EK.

He is not married... long term relationship though...... can they live MS together or do they need to marry before getting to Dubai?

Physically living together isn't an issue. The problem will be residence visa, medical cover, flight benefits etc. If these aren't being provided by independently by an employer of the partner, I don't think its possible to have residency.

Basically, if the partner has their own sponsorship/employment there is no need to be married.

They can.. what visa her girlfriend is planning to have. I dont think emirates will sponsor her unless they are married
