Doubt on license conversion

So I have a Qatari CPL with frozen ATPL, which is my parent license. Now I’m flying in UAE after converting to GCAA CPL. now I have the hours for ATPL. Is there a way to obtain GCAA ATPL without sitting for papers?

How did it go? Have u given the exams? Did u memorize it or went through everything. I am planning to convert as well.
