Yes dude, 20 days ON, 10 days OFF. No benefits. You will fly 4 or 5 times a month, stay in AUH is at the companys accomodation (good hotel), go and back from your country is at your own. Nice environment.

How does pay and rostering work?

Do you get 10 days off in a row each month? The job post in their website says:“Variable Pay:
  • Flying day Rate: 1,000 AED
  • Other operating day rate: 500 AED
  • Layover (HOTAC&Transport): Yes”

So in your 20 days on, you get paid 1000 AED on the days you fly and 500 AED for the days in between flying days, is that how it works?

Post also says you get staff travel benefits. Can you get ID50 tickets with this?
