How does pay and rostering work?
Do you get 10 days off in a row each month? The job post in their website says:“Variable Pay:
So in your 20 days on, you get paid 1000 AED on the days you fly and 500 AED for the days in between flying days, is that how it works?
Post also says you get staff travel benefits. Can you get ID50 tickets with this?
- Flying day Rate: 1,000 AED
- Other operating day rate: 500 AED
- Layover (HOTAC&Transport): Yes”
