Qatar Airways Accommodation

Hi guys
Is anyone aware of their criteria for assigning accommodation? Is there any difference for singles and married people? What are the areas that are being assinged lately?

Any info would be appreciated.

Ciao

When I joined, a few years ago, I got a 4 bedroom villa. The rule was CPT villas, FO apartment. I know CPT who were single given a 5 bed villa and FO married with kids given an apartment. Don't know the rule nowadays. At the time AKG was very popular

If you don't get what you want and you depend on the grace and initiative of the housing department, I wish you good luck and a lot of patience.

As far as I was told, units are a bit outdated, but the facilities were/are good, specially the clubhouse. I went there a few times to have coffee with some colleagues. They use to have a Costa Coffee at the Clubhouse and a restaurant.

I made them aware my family will be coming, and was given a very nice and large apartment. I was previously in AKD, and didn’t mind it there to be honest.

Thanks. What's the different between Ain Khalid Compound and Ain Khalid Gate in terms of quality of accommodation?
