If you ever been in the process of royal aviation recruitment, please share a hit.
I just want to know regarding recruitment of royal aviation.
Will the recruiter require the candidate to provide documents of previous / former company such as pay slip or referral letter or other documents?
Will the recruiter contact the former company directly or will they contact only the provided reference?
