Few of us coming from Europe invited for Jazeera interview. Can anyone shed some light on how things are. (PM if you like) Flying standards, morale etc. Would be appreciated.

Visited Jazeera H/O today as a newly qualified EASA fATPL non-type rated with low hours and had an interesting conversation with them about potential flying opportunities... they have an offer for non-rated low hours pilots (that I most probably will not be taking up) that I will be happy to share via PM if anyone in my shoes is interested, as I think its not well publicized, certainly I didn't know about it until I sat down with one of their HR people.

I was told that the basic salary depends on your PIC hours for captains. It starts with 2000 kwd goes up to 2500 kwd if you have 6-7000 actual pic hours.
500 kwd for housing allowance (enough)
150 kwd per kid for school allowance (definitely not enough)
1 kwd= 3.25 usd
