Hi,
Does anybody known what are the requirements to get hired in El AL ?
Do they accept foreign pilots ?
I heard they have several women flying there, true ?
Any info or answer will be much appreciated.

El Al......You have to be an Israeli citizen to get hired, it doesnt matter if you are or not Jewish. Like the ignorant with the previous post put it. They do give preference to ex IAF pilots, but they have Israeli Arabs as pilots, both Muslim and Christian.

Another one:
Once you get israli citizenship and you get a commercial pilot license got anywhere in the world, what would be the requirements to get hired as for Total flight time, etc.. or once you get a license and israli citizenship they can hire you , train you to get inside as copilot ?
