I am starting this thread with focus to discuss about DEC A320 recruitment, selection procedure and what to expect from benefits of working with Air Arabia. Please share details if anybody has a clue or going to attend their screening in near future so that others can benefit too. Cheers!

Hi,
I hope you're already working for Air Arabia and I am writing this to you with a hope of getting some advise from you. I am living in Dubai and am a student with a dream of becoming a commercial pilot one day and fly the plane. I am planning to join Alpha Aviation Academy in Sharjah- I understand that this flying school provides MPL training and also 1500hrs of flying in A320 and a option of joining Air Arabia on successful completion of the training. Appreciate if you. can shed some light on the academy .
