UK Airport Passenger Duty (APD) for young adults

Children and young adults (12-15) don't have to pay the UK APD when travelling in economy. BA, VS and EK allow you to book a ticket for a 12-15 yo accordingly, but some other airlines don't - you have to buy a full adult ticket and claim the tax back. Anyone know how you do that with Oman Air please? Especially, a ticket booked through MyID travel.
Thanks
