El Al 787-9 flight from TLV to NRT??

El Al doesn't start scheduled flights to Tokyo Narita until March 11 2020, so why have they flown a 787-9 to NRT and back to TLV today? Any ideas?

I'm not allowed to post the URL (new to the site) but you can see the details on FlightRadar24 (registration 4X-EDB, flight number 6H5814/ISR5814),

If you tried google, you would see it was a Government visit to Japan.

Now you mention it, the Googled article was about the cancellation of the visit.

The aircraft was an EL AL 787 using a ISRAIR flight number, hence 6H / ISR.
A charter flight perhaps?
