UN flying in the Middle East etc

I have been hearing South African voices on UN flight ATC calls in Baghdad.

Does anybody know how one can get a job with the UN via a SA operator or direct etc.
Thanks

Been out of that game for more than 10 years but in my experience they are all subcontracted through smaller companies. Quite a few South African, Kenyan, Ethiopian, Canadian and Jordanian. Unless you're typed on something any of those companies fly its not easy gig to land. If you are, the money is good, the flying is fun and the contracts are rough.
