I've applied twice to QR over a period of 6 months. The reason for applying twice is because a little birdy told me they lost most of the pliot application forms with a computer glitch !!
With 12,000 hrs and 4000+ hrs p.i.c on A320, still no response from them, and the same little birdy telling me they have received my application form...
I hope you have better luck.

Initial applications are "screened" by the Human Resources Department, prior to being filtered (if appropriate) to the department heads who are requiring the posts to be filled.
The head of HR is a Mr. Asadullah. However, I suggest that you do NOT call him as he is extremely busy and he will probably not welcome the intrusion. Besides, your call will not likely receive the attention it deserves.
My recommendation, which is not all that ideal either, is that if you know someone in Qatar Airways or someone who lives in Doha already, is to ask them to pop in briefly to the office on your behalf and ask to speak to one of the HR assistants who can at least tell you on whos table the application is currently lying at this time.
Sorry can't be of more help. but the offices are currently swarming with people and applications......

Thanks for the information and advise A3300Man. I do not intend to call or make any personnel inquiry. I am not a pilot. Is “Asadullah” his first name or his family name and what would be his full name please? Is he a Qatari National?

The Head of Personnel's name is Mr. Mohammed Asadullah and he is not Qatari. I have his office telephone number and email address if you want them, but you shouldn't contact him directly as A300Man said.

Thank you gentlemen as stated before I do not have an intention to contact him for any reason. The only information I acquired was his nationality. We know that he is not Qatari. Any inputs as to his national origin?
