Conversion ICAO to Turkish (JAA)

Hello guys,
I know Turkey is not EASA but it seems they issue some kind of JAA/JAR or something.
I currently have an ICAO CPL/IR + ATP theory exams and for some reasons I’d like to have a turkish locense as well...
Is anybody familiar with the procedure?
Should I apply through a flight school? Or directly to the Turkey CAO ?
Apart from the skill test, Do I need To do any flights?✈️
the approx. costs/fees and how long would it take?

I appreciate if somebody could shed some lights 🤪
