Declaration of Trust
Hearing the management company (GD DT PD) without the mandatory consent required from beneficiaries and members just sold the API beneficiaries out and stole the goodwill of 1300 pilot members contributions to another insurance company .... the deal with the management company exists subject to a minimum of 1000 API members ....or the deal is off....( source verified Baymac representative sales) anyone heard same ?

How in legal sanity could the gross error of judgement by the manager of the API Sovereign Trust Guernsey (SH)agree to send by e mail to beneficiaries the expression of intention to reject and return June 2019 contributions to members and advise that no future payments from members would be accepted(1300 in number ) arrived at and executed in direct contravention to the manager of the trusts duty of care as defined in the declaration of trust legally binding document .’
in addition for those not keeping their eye on the ball and relying on individuals to whom they may have unwittingly given effective power of attorney, be aware :
Sovereign Trust are legally bound to disclose the responsibilities of the management
company to the members and beneficiaries alike on demand.
The API rules also require full statements of account each year to be published to members and beneficiaries.
The management company of aircrew protection international and API Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited have failed to issue these full records of account as stated clearly in the API rule
Beneficiaries may also not be aware that the current aircrew protection international rules allow the management company and API Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited to use the beneficiary fund to defend itself.
This may explain but not justify the cocky “if you want certain information sue us “ legal stance taken by counsel AC at F&F engaged by the management company of API and API Trust thus far .

Duplicitous putting it mildly
Aircrew Protection International ( the management company ) and API Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited have instructed their appointed counsel not to provide answers to some very specific,poignant and relevant questions posed by legal counsel representing beneficiaries except when summoned to do so by the Guernsey Court ... why ?
The management company of Aircrew Protection international and the Manager of the Sovereign API Trust Guernsey Limited are spending beneficiary fund money to employ very costly counsel to deny the beneficiaries the information requested.

Who moved my beneficiary fund ; when and how the rot set in at aircrew protection international under the watch of the individuals( GD DT PD)” the Aircrew Protection international management company “and the managing director of API Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited (SH).
The date : 02 April 2015 when the API Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited became law.
( again members and beneficiaries be aware the aircrew protection international management company and API Sovereign Trust International Guernsey Limited amended said declaration of trust at will and the last copy to date is 07th June 2017 .
The event : the management company who are LIPS ( shareholders and the MOB GD DT PD ) decide that LIPS is their “ business” with in house profits to be made for the members of the board of Aircrew Protection international by offering ancillary life insurance,( using Oman Insurance) legal advice cover etc “ free” . Turns out actually the API board members were earning commissions on the back of these “ free “ sweeteners and at last count over 1 million aed was being siphoned out of the friendly pilots helping pilots beneficiary accounts to Oman Insurance. Were these commissions credited back into the so enthusiastically promoted as” non profit “ pilots helping pilots aircrew protection international fund ? The legal action to be executed under Guernsey Royal Court will no doubt reveal the truth under oath.Of interesting note over the entire period of Oman insurance “ cover “ only two pilots loss of life payments were made .( 2 x 100,000 usd )
At one stage there were six members of the board of the Aircrew Protection International management company each drawing salaries of 6000 aed a month : a figure of extortionate proportion by any standard for a fund this size.
what was or at least appeared on paper to be a pilot contribution fund set up to support exclusively company pilots who lost their class 1 medical ( commercial flying career) had in effect become a business entity no pilot would recognize or identify with .

An open letter of appeal to the founder and chairman of the sovereign group
AN OPEN LETTER OF APPEAL TO THE FOUNDER AND CHAIRMAN OF THE SOVEREIGN GROUP
Dear Chairman
I write as one of forty beneficiaries of the Aircrew Protection International Trust Guernsey Limited. ALL beneficiaries are airline pilots who have lost our Class 1 medical certificates ( flying careers) and ALL beneficiaries are in possession of the Notice Of Entitlement issued by the Trust Manager of Aircrew Protection International Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited.
On June 22 beneficiaries of the Trust received the following communication by e mail from the manager of the Aircrew Protection International Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited.
The e mail notified beneficiaries that June 2019 contributions from members were being returned and no further contributions would be accepted.
The decision which it must have been obvious would recklessly accelerate the depletion of the Trust Fund had been made unilaterally by the management company of Aircrew Protection International and sanctioned by The manager of the Aircrew Protection International Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited without first consulting the beneficiaries and contributing members of the API Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited.
The status Quo
The beneficiaries both group and individual have commenced legal proceedings against The Sovereign Group through the Royal Court of Guernsey based on:
.The failure to honor the fiduciary duty of care owed by the manager of the API Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited to beneficiaries is a great injustice that will result in life changing financial loss and hardship to disabled pilots in possession of the notice of entitlement from the trust.
. Failure to provide members and beneficiaries with fully audited Aircrew Protection International Trust Guernsey Limited annual financial reports since 2017.
.Failure to provide a copy of the Aircrew Protection International management company’s service agreement setting out the responsibilities to the API Sovereign Trust as required to on demand under section 11.3 of the Declaration of Trust.
.The setting up and continued existence of the Aircrew Protection International Limited British Virgin Islands incorporated by Sovereign Holdings BVI Limited as agent has also become a focus of legal enquiry . Answers are being sought under summons if required as to who owns the BVI company and complete records of monetary transactions since its incorporation have been requested. So far counsel for the API Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited have refused to disclose the information requested.
.It has come to beneficiaries attention that whilst the e mail beneficiaries received on June 22nd declaring June members contributions would be returned and future contributions refused , the management company of aircrew protection international who instruct the manager of the API Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited uninterruptedly continue to receive monthly contributions from 1300 aircrew protection international members who it would appear are completely unaware of events referred to above. Prima facie the Aircrew Protection International management company has attempted to avoid the liability it owes to the beneficiaries and set up stall using the contributions of 1300 Aircrew Protection International members by diverting contributions away from and thereby recklessly and knowingly destroying the Aircrew Protection International Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited Fund.
Whilst the beneficiaries would seek to resolve this issue without resort to the Courts, initial engagement and exchange of counsel acting on behalf of API Sovereign Trust Guernsey Limited are withholding requested documents and in some cases ignoring legal letters from beneficiary counsel.
Of the 40 beneficiaries some are living with potentially life threatening disability,one suffered a loss of limb: some have young families to support. All beneficiaries have lost their only source of professional income.
All beneficiaries trusted Sovereign to manage,grow and keep safe their benefits.
