How atis information starts from beginning everytime
Everytime I set the ATIS frequency ATIS recording starts from the beginning. I never encountered an ATIS recording somewhere in the middle. I wonder how is this possible?
Is ATIS comminication two-sided? I mean when I switched the ATIS frequency, my radio equipment sends a signal to transmitting facilily to start sending ATIS information?
Do you have any idea?

Mind you, I once cut an orange vertically in half and the knife went clean across the joint between the segments without breaking the skin. I didn't win the lottery, that's why I'm still listening to ATIS broadcasts.
