What's the deal with FlyDeal.
I was rejected by Flyadeal a few weeks ago as "the position profile is not matching with your qualifications".
I have 1500hrs on A320, and 9500hrs on A330/340. I guess I needed some more time.

My leaflet is from Sigma who are usually thorough and reliable with the specs and salaries. It only shows <40 and current A320 as the requirements for an F/O.
Suppose any HR will have some non-published filters in use. The number of vacancies / applicants will be a large factor, it benefits no-one to invite a person they do not intend to hire either way.

It is a strange world where we discuss a KSA job headed for Saudization with 8 days home a month (assuming commuting 20-10) as the top cherry. Meanwhile EW-EU search for a space cadet, offering a salary close to a slightly overblown mobile-phone allowance pre-covid.
