Independent Loss of Licence and Medical Insurance

Can anybody please recommend a top-up Loss of Licence insurance that I can buy on top of the Company LOL policy?

Also looking for medical cover in the US, our company medical aid is global but doesn't include the USA.

Contact APPN in France, I’ve been with them for 10+ years now. They are really great to deal with and offer the best LOL / Temp LOL I’ve seen.
