charter flight to kabul

I hope you dont mind me taking part in this forum.

I work for a TV company and we would like to get 1500 kgs of gear and up to 7 people into Kabul in early Sept.

Can anyone recommend a good charter company ex Dubai / Sharjah or if we really have to Islamabad.

Does anyone have any other suggestions from where we might jump off from ?
