20 resignations in 1 day.

Just in time for the forum, apparently 20 more resigned in one package recently. They have asked to speak to AAR but he refused the meeting so pile of resignations was handed to HR instead.

Probably not true as surely these 20 would want to wait for the crumbs to be thrown in the June paycheck. First week of April will be doomsday..

If these guys had a firm job offer they would be mad not to take it instead of waiting for a profit share that may or may not happen.

Might be true as the breadcrumbs are usually thrown at us in May...

The company will never be put in a position to admit they have been at the root cause of any problems, it would go bankrupt before they would admit that they messed it up.

Anyone who thinks a mass resignation and/or talking to AAR will make any difference is delusional. Stay, or go but never think you will make any difference.

...and really, why would you care?

There is much more to staying than a profit share.

yeah Felix, they pick you up in a nice car and drive you to and from work!

Nobody mentions how awesome that is, and how good it smells.

I dunno. When you think about it. Twenty years from now I will be thankful I waited those extra few weeks for that chance at a chump change bonus.
