HR direct server EK ugh!

Trying to apply to renew maids visa on hr direct- have tried 3 different computers, safari, firefox and internet explorer, have removed all cache and cookies, have tried our **** hole tablet. and all I get is the spinning wheel of death. f***
Any brilliant ideas? I am assuming just have to do this at eGHQ now..? .

You need to use the HR Direct app on the EPT.

On the top left corner of the tablet desktop there are 3 white tabs, click on the bottom one, then open the Corporate Applications folder.

Also, you can save yourself time at EGHQ by doing the UAE ID renewal online

Scandistralian - you beauty ! Worked a charm. Thanks. Now of course if I could actually figure out how to Print the employment agreement on the EPT. Think I will leave that for another day. Big breath in, big breath out.
