No one really knows it for sure but I did hear stories about people having kids abroad and the bills got paid. (they pay max 44k and 66k aed p/yr for primary and secondary) I have not seen any documentation to back this up.

There are two groups of pilots at FZ, the first original A scale guys (the few that are left) there contract did not specify it had to be in DXB, I do know some of the B scale guys have also got FZ to pay for the schooling outside.
But this is not a written in stone so don't expect it, it has to be requested to the correct people, and in the Middle East anything can change.
