EK Logbook records.

Hello all I have a small Logbook issue and when i say small i mean about 4 years behind and counting!

Can someone tell me if there is a electronic logbook out there that will except EK PDF format directly across as id rather shave my face with a rusty pitch fork than sit down for a week writing it out.

I think in Safelog you can import EK PDF format. Otherwise upload your last 4 years to rosterbuster. And in safelog (and many others) you can import your rosterbuster files.

MCC will suck it out of the system for you, including tail nr, other crew names and PF/PM.

It never used to work very well before but now it does. No idea why.

you can export the EK logbook as MS excel and from there you should be able to export to a format any other electronic logbook can use

I'd highly recommend LOGTEN PRO by Corrodine.

You can go directly to the FOIP and download all your EK time in a timeframe specified by you.

You can then send that file to Corrodine and specify how you want them to sort the data. They will do all the dirty work and send it back to you within a day.

I took 8 years of EK records and had it organized with a few hours of work.

Very simple!

I think it is still a pan-european reqmt to keep an up-to-date logbook.
