Actually, Abu Dhabi Amiri have a -300ER Private jet. ER/ULR, same same. Outta DWC, nope never seen one.
TCAS would be way past operating it, given he is 65+

Abu Dhabi "Amiri" (Now known by a different name) only allows it's pilots to fly to 60...UAE GCAA is 65 with restrictions. No way your TCAS would end up there anyway...
He wouldn't be able to see over the dash anyway.

I inquired some more with a friend who is full time over at DWC. He doesn't know TCAS, but does know the airplane that TCAS may be on. If it's the same person, he's acting as an IP for the new crew for their first 100 hours. I asked him to get us a photo of the man in question.

Yes he has a twin, I met him once when he did some contract SFI work with the same company his brother worked for. I never saw them side by side but I could not tell the difference by looking. I must say his twin was a smashing good chap.
