Growing trend in Saudi Arabia
Has anyone else noticed the growing trend in Saudi of companies delaying or not paying salaries, per diem, and expenses. I believe it's becoming an epidemic. I would like to see these companies identified so it makes it difficult for them to recruit personnel. The biggest culprit so far is Midroc Aviation. Feel free to identify other deadbeat companies on this post and hopefully put an end to this trend.

Nothing New
This is nothing new, they have been doing it since time immemorial. It's not just isolated to KSA either, it happens all over the Gulf region.
If Mr big boss doesn't feel like it or he has some other major expense coming up then paying you on-time or in-full is optional. It's often called the 'Souk mentality' where contracts are meaningless and everything is haggled for on the day.
