Saudi recruitment process

I have applied via the online portal however whenever I go to check the status of my application I get an error (attached)

If someone could give me some info on the application process it would be appreciated.

I would also appreciate perhaps an email or contact phone for the HR department. I've found nothing but a physical address on their website. I've looked through some of the threads on Saudi, they all seem to be very old.

Those debating people most probably know answers to your questions. They've been through recruitment recently.

Infact there is so much information present that there is nothing left for me to discuss.
