there was a really good thread with info on procedures/ things to do/ shipping companies when leaving etc etc but i cant seem to find it on here or with a google search!

Whomever runs it should get a najim. It seemed to be the only department that actually runs smoothly. The whole process was pretty seamless. I remember thinking, man, if only the rest of the company was this professional...

But I guess practice makes perfect.
