Uk EASA medical renewal
Does anyone have experience of the process to get a UK EASA medical cert renewed after a failed GCAA alcohol test?

I would suggest you contact the CAA or your countries authority and ask, being completely up front about what happened.
I know the UK CAA have reissued medicals to people with vastly more problematic issues than a liver function test.
