Ah. One of these emails that we generally just delete automatically... Maybe I should look next time. It's been down for hours though and when I'm trying to claw back 20,000 Didds this is a pain in the ****

Portal is working on Windows. Takes a while to load though. I have not been able to get the online education and medical claim forms to work from home, no matter what browser, for a few months. Have had to use one of the machines on the second floor to do it. I have informed EGIT, and they know about it, but can't fix it. Go figure.

Trips was down from about 1800z on 15th, has been working OK this morning 16th until about 5 minutes ago, 0440z, when it crashed again. Login attempts produce a message in very small font which states "we're facing a tech issue, please try again later".
