Any idea why EK 005 diverted back to DXB today?

The conversation between the crew and engineering was hilarious. The engineer was shocked to find out that they couldn't dump fuel down to MLW

The guy who shot that video is a bit of a wimp if a situation like that can leave him 'mentally drained' as he claims. The crew kept the passengers well informed, perhaps giving too much information, and were managing the situation calmly and yet he still claims he was stressed. Compensation claim being formulated in his mind I think.
