Lightbulb Qatar vs Eitihad vs Emirates

Hello all,
As a FO who has close to 3000hrs flying A320's, A330's, A340's & in total 4500 hrs, what's your recommendation on which Airline (Qatar,Etihad or Emirates) I should consider? I'm hoping to apply ASAP.

Although I've been to the Middle-East many times, making a permanent move is something I need some advice with. I have a young (expanding) family and my primary focus is to save money whilst living comfortably.

Your help is highly appreciated.

From what I have read and understood here, to save maximum money, it seems that the best place to be for the time being is Doha first, then Abu Dhabi next and then Dubai.
But for the most friendly and nicest place to work it seems than Abu Dhabi comes first Doha then Dubai.
And finally if you want to sacrify yourself to let your family enjoying a western lifestyle with all the bling bling, the you can opt for Dubai but you may forget about the save.
Am I wrong guys?
