what kind of End of Service Certificate did you get as flight deck Crew from Emirates Airlines?
I was told, that everyone gets the same like this:
To whom it may concern
Service certificate: Mr. Monitor
This is to confirm that the above named had been employed by this Company from ... to ...
He was working in the capacity of Captain in our Flight Deck Crew Department at the time of leaving the Company.

In the UK the days of written references are long gone since recipients sue if something bad is said. They just confirm dates of employment.
