MyID Travel
Anyone have a contact for MyID Travel? Can't find anything but a useless help function in the web site. I suspect they've pulled a fast one with a refund request and I need to have a word with them about it.
Thanks in anticipation.

You actually need to contact the airline directly in connection with a refund, as myIDTravel simply act as a intermediary between you and the airline that has issued the ticket. Your refund request goes straight to the airline.
Note that some airlines will take up to 30 days to process the refund and a refund in some cases can only be processed, after a defined period of time after the ticket was issued.
On myIDTravel go to the 'ID Agreements' tab and select the airline concerned. There is normally a overview of the refund procedure for each airline and also a email address that can be used for contacting the airline concerned.
