I'm sure that Gulf old timers will be sad to hear that the legendary Paddy Fingleton passed away last week after a short illness.
Paddy and Lilia retired to to the Philippines to run a guest house in Bagiuo a couple of years ago and Paddy had finally given up drinking (- yes really!) Too late, too late...
Another stout hearted and solid gentleman gone. The world isn't as a nice a place as it was yesterday
