More threats - they just don't get it
Just checked in on the portal and found the latest missive from TCAS threatening action if anyone opens their mouths about all the stuff in the WSJ etc.
Let me get this straight - THEY screw up the company strategy to the point where it's them (not us, them) against the world and WE get the warning about inappropriate behaviour?
In the face of IMHO unprecedented employee backlash and possibly the worst morale the airline has ever seen our leaders still can't get past the instinctive response of issuing threatening emails to help deal with management induced calamities. What small people they truly are.

Just delete and move on!
Has anyone ever worked for an airline that DIDN'T have a corporate policy against speaking to the press on company matters?
Wiz, you are either insulting our collective intelligence or have missed the point of the thread, I prefer to assume the second rather than first point.
NO right thinking individual is going to comment to the media on the record due to the serious career damage that could follow, that being said, TCAS also knows that, which is why his thinly veiled threat at the end of his email rankles the way it does.
You would think the man would have the decency to refer to the policy in policy terms, rather than stoop to issuing threats, oh but but wait

The frustration of having the airline under serious scrutiny is channeled towards the powerless employees
What do we do when we have emptied our trick box ?
TCAS will probably answer that in his next email

To the OP; are you talking about the e-mail we received from TCAS talking about the threat of the US3?
I really pity you if thats what you're talking about, in no way did that even come close to implying what you have accused. The reason why others say they never got the e-mail is simply because they didn't read it with a microscope and paranoia like you did.
If indeed it is another e-mail, I take back what I said above as I didn't receive it either.
Desperate times so fly safe!

I have just dreamt that I was checked for my grooming. While I was waiting in line for that, I felt anxiety and nervousness. When "my time" came, they were not satisfied with my make up, so they sprayed some liquid powder all over my face and upper body. It tasted awful, and everyone were looking, waiting in anxiety as well. So the treatment was public, humiliating and cruel.
I laughed when I woke up. Then I remembered that it has been 8 months since I left EK, and I still feel and dream about that famous feeling of anxiety - a trademark of Emirates Airline.
Edit: and before you ask, I have my logical reasons to post about anxiety exactly in this thread.

We have an expression in Serbia which perfectly fits your mentality White "Knight": a thief always thinks that everyone else is a thief. Just replace the word "thief" with the word "fruitcake".
Thanks flareflyer.

White Knight I'm been reading a this forum since the day I had the incredibly bad idea of leaving my job in Europe to join Emirates many years ago. I'm still paying the consequences now. Of all contributors I must admit you are one of the few I would really love to puncn in its face. Your flattetered approach, your idiotic lack of any sense of solidarity, your ignorant arrogance always strike me. The professional pilot category is in such demise thanks to cheap selve serving imbeciles like you often compensanting for theit unhappy childhood their short morale or phisycal stature or other deficiencies by becoming total pricks. White Knight may I invite you to simply **** off.

That's not to say I agree with your messages when I do manage to decipher them.

White Knight is still trying to justify why he left BA and keeps telling himself everyday how great EK is.
How many pilots have you flown with in the last year that are really and truly happy and not telling themselves they are happy? Who among us is not looking at an escape plan or has their apps out?
White Knight is the answer.

Furbpilot, may I suggest in the most respectful manner that since English is not your forte, you stick to simple English, and use a spell checker. The poorly spelt and worded posts only detract from the message you are trying to put forward.
