Education allowance outside the UAE

Hello!
Did the search but couldn t find info so here my Q...
Do you get the education allowance (EK and the non mentionable airline) for your kids only when they go to a school in the UAE or can you get it as well for schools in e.g. Europe or the US? If yes, what are the conditions/requirements for this schools if any?
Thanks for your help,
HURZ

EK will refund 95% of the school fees up to a maximum of 70,000 AED (for secondary) 46,000 AED (for primary) per child per year after you have submitted original receipts, you can claim this until your children reach 19 years old.
