LIPS vs IPEP

What on earth was posted from LIPS, with glossy pages (must have cost a fortune) to compare the product to IPEP - whoever authorised that should be removed from LIPS!!

And to think just a few days ago folks were on this forum complaining about a lack of communication from LIPS and now that they send out an 'FAQ' you complain. Can't please everyone I guess.
