FA: Your read back is supposed to include your call sign.
Captain: No it isn't, I never say my call sign in any read backs.
FA: I think ATC prefer it when you say your call sign
Captain: I don't care, I never say my call sign, they should know my voice.

And, indeed, fight happened over a female flight attendant. The captain wanted to talk to her, while the purser wanted her to do her duties. Something like this. Word after word it became physical.
