Regarding australian PPL conversion to UAE PPL

My situation is that i got 195 hours of total flying exp with 95 hrs PIC and holder of Australian PPL.Started flying on mar 2009 ,I have last flown on May 28th 2012 and my medical is not valid.
It would be great if i could know in detail the conversion process and what i should do so that i could enroll for CPL+MULTI RATING.
I am gonna go and do the medicals and do atleast one hour flying so that i will be recent .
But the main thing i want to know is if there is any hidden flying rules for conversion , as in india for conversion i should have 200 hrs prior to application date but since i started in 2009 it wont be counted.

So it would be great if you could direct me as i couldnt find adequate information in UAE gcaa web.
If you got any other contact details i am willing to contact them .
thanks
