Dubai Bank: foreign currency check account?

Does anyone know of a bank in Dubai which offers a foreign currency checking account?

By that I mean write a cheque in US dollar or Euro and then send it via the post office.

If not, is it possible to get a money order in a foreign currency?

Check out ex.com you can convert as little as 100 and as big as you want even putting in limit orders like a stock broker so you can exchange money when the rate is favorable to you if you can wait long enough. They can wire the money for an extra fee or send you a check in the new currency to deposit at your local bank for free if you don't mind the wait for snail mail. Best rates I found and the convert to more currencies than anybody else I know. I used them for 5 years when I lived in turkey and England to convert US dollars to local currencies.
