Flight Plan

Looking for a flight path from Cyprus to Madina, dont want to go thru Egypt and I been told I cannot overfly Israel. So to avoid hot spots how can this flight be done , just need to get from Cyprus into Saudi ??

Thanks

Not sure why you cannot do the HECC FIR, but plenty of ops through OSTT and OJAC, if not then you will have to look at ORBB.

I can't possibly see how an Iraq or Syria overflight is more attractive than crossing Cairo and the Red Sea. Cairo is the least worrisome of all the current "hot spots".

Can you even enter KSA from the north? Check on it, each time I hear flights inbound from Iraq they are quoting permission clearance numbers.

Seems like a bit of a reversal to avoid Cairo when other airlines are crossing it everyday to avoid Syria.

Saudia has been crossing Cairo for Istanbul flights for almost 2 years now.
