German tied up for smoking...
Forgetting the bull that the DM have written because they can't tell the difference between EK and that unmentionable carrier up the road, but looking at the first photo he looks like he was in F.

Crewmeal,
That's a bit unfair. The 777 is a bit long in the tooth but this is sitting across three Y class seats not first.
I like the way headline has it was the smoking that got him restrained, not the assaulting the crew.

He's in Y class. He's sitting sideways with his back leaning against the bulkhead and windows. In the foreground, to the right, is the dimly lit outline of the middle section Y class seats. Amd to his right (or left as we look at it), you can see the new style economy class seats and large screens.

Perhaps anyone caught smoking onboard commercial flights should be restrained. Then the word would get out and they'd stop selfishly risking a fire for their own habit.... In this day and age there's no excuse, it's widely known you can no longer smoke onboard. Buy some Nicorette for sake....
