Kuwait Airways
Any info on their next recruitment cycles for the 25 planes they ordered ? After years of struggling are they getting back on their feet?

Look at past historical events of just about any project in Kuwait.
1.) do nothing
2.) money is spent
3.) argue about it
4.) do nothing
5.) more money spent
6.) nothing happens
7.) on occasion something is started, do it very badly, never finish,
spend again, never finish and repeat
8.) do the above for years then repeat pattern again
