Converting casa b2 Lame to Ek lame is it easy?

I am looking at moving to Dubai, is it easy to convert your CASA b2 lisence to a Ek lisence? Also does anyone have info on working for emirates is it worth taking the pay cut for experience ? Do they type train?

If get the gig they will most likely train you up quickly. My contact said there isnt a big wait list for type training....
