Yes well of course you have figured it out I am an idiot! right I mean I must be as you have said it.
Such an idiot that I recently raised over 50,000 to help the suffers of the storm in Philippines, and my previous work has helped sick children in Africa who have NO LIFE whatsoever compared to yours in your big jet with your big salary! and if this party was a success I was hoping to raise even more money for cancer patients in the UK. yeah real idiot me, sure

what's the problem with death? I mean if you died tomorrow sure your family and friends would be sad but life goes on. suddenly you are enjoying being a pilot flying for EK you have a nice place in Dubai, the money is plentiful you enjoy driving in to the Marina with wife with your used BMW X5 and paying for an overpriced lunch at some over the top restaurant.
But at the flick of a switch your life could be over forever and no one will be able to do anything about it.
look at the 735 in Russia that went down, a tragedy sure, loss of life sure! but life goes on.
the work I do for these sick kids, people in areas of disaster, starving kids in Africa, I don't do it for them, I do it for me because helping people feeds my soul, in reality if they died tomorrow, life would still go on, I would just need to find some more people to help.
This Christmas party is about helping the pilots of Dubai to have a laugh and enjoy life, it not about anything else!
If there is a wet T-shirt contest sue me!

Let me take a wild guess here and say that maybe RV called you an idiot over the wet t-shirt contest idea. You can't judge it on a single breast.
But it's a great concept and the Jumeirah people are pretty laid back so they'll definitely go for it when they see what a great atmosphere it'll be.
"Disco dancing" - Awesome! I missed the disco era but after 30 years, it has recently been making a comeback and this will help cement it.
I like the idea of a christmas party and I especially like the idea of titties. I love a good aviation quiz. You should collect a few NOTAM packages as they have free quiz questions on the back page (allegedly).
May I also suggest you run the quiz after the shot competition for additional frivolity.
Giving a bottle of Baileys as a prize is a fantastic idea although it's hard stuff and may put people off.
You should get some hookers in on it too.
