Question EK - F/O's who also work as Ground Instructors/SFI's

Good Evening,

Just wondering how the situation is (lifestyle vs. work) for the EK F/O's who are also conducting ground trainings (be it SFI's, CRM etc...) within the company?

Are these gentlemen happy with their situation as trainers?
Just wondering because although I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, I myself quite enjoy teaching, and do fancy the irregular pace and dynamic of a hybrid flying/ground training roster.

That being said, poorly managed, it can lead to a serious overload.
Are there monetary incentives with EK? Are you subject to longer flights to cover up the shortfall in flying hours?

I would be very grateful for your feedback, and would just like to know the pros/cons of working with EK in that capacity.
