two popular ones in the region are:
Ayla Aviation Academy, Jordan
Alpha Aviation Academy, Sharjah

I have visited both of them and they both are good, but they both also have a fair amount of cons too..you can rummage through the threads on this forum for more info. You will find quite a reader on Alpha in the ME forums
