Ek staff - cat 99 tkts refundable, or not..?
Hey guys! I need to know if cat 99 tickets are refundable. Ive been trying to call Staff Travel for several days but noone is answering the line. I also dont have their email address. I have 3 cat99 tkts that i need to refund and im not sure if it's refundable. Is there also any fee if i refund those tkts? Is there any limit on how many cat 99 tkts i cqn use per yr? Thanks in advance guys!

Firstly, why is this question not in the Emirates site instead of Middle East??
Now for the answer: Staff Travel manual states that you can refund the Cat 99 for a fee of Dh100 per ticket AND once the tickets have been issued they are not reaccredited into your annual total (15 per year). Example: if have booked 3 and get them refunded you will only have 12 left even after refund.
